Text

(a)Any railroad company owning or operating a line of railway in this state, passing through any city or incorporated town within one-half (1/2) mile of the state boundary line of this state, shall erect and maintain a suitable depot therein and shall stop all its passenger trains at this station.
(b)(1) Any railroad company which fails, refuses, or neglects to build a suitable depot within ninety (90) days or shall fail to stop all its passenger trains as provided in subsection (a) of this section shall forfeit and pay a sum of money not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than two hundred dollars ($200), to be prosecuted in the name of the state by any citizen aggrieved or by the prosecuting attorney of the district. Each day's refusal or neglect shall constitute a separate offen
