Text
If a person who is required to file a statement of financial interest under this subchapter is called to active duty in the United States Armed Forces:
(1)The person shall be allowed an additional one hundred eighty (180) days to file the statement of financial interest required by this subchapter; and (2) The statement of financial interest may be completed by the spouse of the person. If the statement of financial interest is completed by the spouse of the person, the spouse's signature shall be sufficient for the requirement of § 21-8-702 .
