Text
The Secretary of State, each county clerk, and each city clerk or recorder shall:
(1)Provide forms approved by the Arkansas Ethics Commission for registration and for statements required by this subchapter, § 21-8-401 et seq., § 21-8-701 et seq., and § 21-8-801 et seq. to all persons required to file; and (2) Make all statements and reports filed available for public inspection and copying at a reasonable cost during regular office hours.
