§ 21-6-303 — County surveyors

County surveyors shall be allowed the following fees:

(1)For each day he or she may be engaged, either under an order of the county court, or otherwise, not to exceed ............... $50.00 (2) For each mile traveled from the place of residence to a place where the service is to be made and return ............... .12 (3) For calculating the amount of land in each tract or division and making the plat, a fee of not to exceed three dollars ($3.00) per hour devoted in the preparation thereof, but in no event less than ............... 1.00 (4) For recording plat and certificate ............... .50 (5) For every copy of plat and certificate ............... .50.
