Text
(a)All claims allowed under the provisions of this subchapter shall be paid upon award thereof by the Arkansas State Claims Commission from funds appropriated therefor.
(b)The commission may impose reasonable requirements for protecting funds paid under this subchapter to children under eighteen (18) years of age, including, but not limited to, a guardianship of the estate.
