(a)For the purposes of implementing the uniform employee classification and compensation plan for the respective agencies covered by this subchapter, the General Assembly determines that the class specifications prepared by the Office of Personnel Management in classifying the various positions authorized in the respective appropriation acts shall be the class specifications to be followed in implementing the respective appropriations for all part-time and full-time employees of the respective agencies covered by this subchapter.
(b)Changes in class specifications may be made in whole or in part by the Office of Personnel Management.
