Text
(a)It is the intent of the General Assembly that each state agency, board, commission, and institution of higher education evaluate the performance of its employees annually.
(b)(1) State agency, board, and commission employees shall be evaluated using an instrument approved by the Office of Personnel Management.
(2)Institution of higher education employees shall be evaluated using an instrument approved by the Division of Higher Education.
