Text

(a)The Arkansas State Game and Fish Commission may pay all accrued and unused annual, holiday, and sick leave to the estate of a wildlife officer or game warden who dies in the line of duty.
(b)A payment under subsection (a) of this section is subject to budgetary constraints and shall be disbursed after receipt of the official death certificate.
