Text

(a)All state agencies with a designated position or a designated financial or information technology position shall adopt the necessary rules to fully implement the provisions of this subchapter.
(b)Each state agency shall maintain on file, subject to inspection by the Arkansas Crime Information Center, the Identification Bureau of the Division of Arkansas State Police, the Child Maltreatment Central Registry, and the Adult and Long-Term Care Facility Resident Maltreatment Central Registry evidence that criminal history and central registry checks required by this subchapter have been initiated on all applicants and employees.
