Text
(a)(1) It is declared to be the policy of the State of Arkansas to provide needed and feasible rehabilitation services to eligible individuals with a disability throughout the state to the end that they may engage in useful and remunerative occupations to the extent of their capabilities.
(2)In rehabilitating individuals who may be expected to achieve the ability of independent living as to dispense with, or largely dispense with, the need for institutional care or, if not institutionalized, to dispense with, or largely dispense with, the need for an attendant, it is also declared to be the policy of the State of Arkansas to provide needed and feasible rehabilitation services to eligible individuals with a disability throughout the state, thereby increasing the social and economic well-b
