§ 20-76-434 — Maintenance of list of recipients

(a) In order to ensure that the needy citizens of the State of Arkansas are receiving all benefits to which they may be entitled, the Department of Human Services shall maintain a list of all recipients of state assistance reflecting each recipient's income, Social Security number, and the programs in which the recipient is participating. (b) The information required for the list shall be obtained from the recipient's records and such other sources necessary to ensure accuracy and completeness. (c) The recipient shall be provided a release form to sign in order to obtain the required information. Failure to sign the release form shall result in termination of the recipient from the program of assistance until a review can be made of the eligibility of the recipient by the department from public records.
