Text

(a)To ensure that all available state government resources are used to help transitional employment assistance recipients make the transition from welfare to work, each of the following state agencies and organizations shall also be required to work with the Department of Human Services in providing transitional employment assistance services:
(1)The Department of Commerce;
(2)The Division of Higher Education, including community colleges and the University of Arkansas Cooperative Extension Service;
(3)The Division of Elementary and Secondary Education;
(4)The Arkansas Development Finance Authority;
(5)The Arkansas Economic Development Council;
(6)The Arkansas Department of Transportation;
(7)The Department of Finance and Administration, including the Office of Child Support Enforc
