§ 20-7-306 — Reports - Assistance

(a)The Secretary of the Department of Health shall prepare and submit a biennial report to the Governor and the House Committee on Public Health, Welfare, and Labor and the Senate Committee on Public Health, Welfare, and Labor or appropriate subcommittees thereof.
(b)The Department of Health shall provide assistance to the House Committee on Public Health, Welfare, and Labor and the Senate Committee on Public Health, Welfare, and Labor or appropriate subcommittees thereof in the development of information necessary in the examination of healthcare issues.
(c)(1) With regard to § 6-18-702(d) , § 6-60-504(b) , and § 20-78-206(a)(2)(B) , the department shall report every six (6) months to the House Committee on Public Health, Welfare, and Labor and the Senate Committee on Public Health, We
