Text
The cost of providing the acceptance service and ensuing certification shall be borne and paid by the seller, slaughterer or processor, or vendor or merchant requesting the acceptance service at the rate that the Secretary of the Department of Agriculture determines to be necessary to defer the cost of the acceptance service.
