Text
(a)Mellorine shall be sold in or served from original, sealed, factory-filled containers.
(b)The container shall be labeled "MELLORINE", with the lettering of the word "mellorine" to be at least three-eighths inch (3/8") in size and in every case shall appear in as large type size and as prominent as any other wording on the container except the brand name.
(c)Use of the word "cream" or its phonetic equivalent, however spelled, in connection with the labeling, advertising, branding, or sale of mellorine is prohibited, as is the use of the name of any product defined under § 20-59-201(4)(A) -
(I), except in the name identifying the manufacturer.
(d)The packaging, labeling, sale, offering for sale, serving, or dispensing of mellorine in violation of subsections (a)-
(c)of this section is
