Text

(a)(1) Revenue bonds may be issued from time to time for any of the purposes set forth in § 20-48-502 .
(2)Each issue shall be authorized by resolution of the Board of Developmental Disabilities Services.
(3)(A) The bonds of each issue shall be coupon bonds payable to bearer but may be made subject to registration as to principal only, except as otherwise provided in subsection (e) of this section, may be issued in one (1) or more series, may bear such date or dates, may mature at such time or times, may bear interest at such rate or rates, may be in such form, may be executed in such manner, may be payable in such medium of payment, at such place or places, may be subject to such terms of redemption, and may contain such terms, covenants, and conditions as the resolution may provide. (
