Text

(a)Subject to the conditions and limitations contained in this subchapter, the Board of Developmental Disabilities Services may enter into agreements with public agencies, private nonprofit organizations, or combinations thereof from adjoining states for the purpose of performing its responsibility to the residents of Arkansas with intellectual and other developmental disabilities.
(b)The agreements may include financial participation, using any funds that are at its disposal, to the extent that similar services would be performed within the state.
