Text
Each multiagency plan of services shall:
(1)Be consistent with the results of the standardized screening and assessment established by Medicaid rules;
(2)Provide for collaboration among the child, the persons or entities responsible for the child's care and custody, and the providers of behavioral healthcare services for the child; and (3) Be appropriate to meet the behavioral healthcare needs of the child as defined by the assessment.
