Text

It is unlawful for a person to:

(1)Conduct lead-based paint activities without having first obtained a license or certification, or both, from the Department of Health when acting as a contractor, consultant, training provider, inspector, project designer, risk assessor, supervisor, or worker;
(2)Violate this subchapter or any rule or order adopted or issued under this subchapter;
(3)Knowingly make any false statement, representation, or certification in any application, record, report, or other document filed or required to be maintained under this subchapter or rules adopted under this subchapter, or to falsify, tamper with, or knowingly render inaccurate any monitoring device or method required to be maintained under this subchapter or any rules adopted under this subchapter; or (4)
