§ 20-26-202 — State Board of Health - Duties
Arkansas·Title 20
The State Board of Health shall make necessary rules relating to tourist camps, hotels, or rooming houses not in conflict with any provision of this subchapter in order that:
(1)The health and safety of guests may be protected; and (2) Tourist camps, hotels, or rooming houses may be operated in a lawful manner.
