Text
(a)Every hotel, motel, apartment building, or other similar multiple-occupancy facility having more than three (3) floors above ground level shall also be equipped with a fire alarm system conforming to the minimum requirements of the Arkansas Fire Prevention Code.
(b)The fire alarm system shall consist of at least one (1) bell or warning device on each floor so situated as to provide a clearly audible warning to persons in every room on the floor.
