Text

As used in this subchapter:

(1)"Electronic products" means any manufactured product or device or component part of that product or device which during operation can generate or emit a physical field of radiation;
(2)"Person" means any individual, corporation, partnership, firm, association, trust, estate, public or private institution, group, agency, political subdivision of this state, any other state or political subdivision or agency thereof, or any legal successor, representative, agent, or agency of the foregoing, other than agencies of the United States Government or any successor thereto; and (3) "Radiation" means any electromagnetic or ionizing radiation which can be generated during the operation of electronic products.
