Text

(a)Every physician practicing medicine in the State of Arkansas shall report to the Department of Health any case or suspected case of Reye's syndrome disease which he or she is attending, or has examined, or for which the physician has prescribed.
(b)The report shall be made as promptly as possible from the time the physician first visits, examines, or prescribes for the patient, and the report shall state the name, age, sex, race, usual residence, place where the patient is to be found, the nature of the disease, the date of onset, and any additional information that the Secretary of the Department of Health may require.
