Text

(a)The appropriate division as determined by the Commissioner of Arkansas Rehabilitation Services, the Secretary of the Department of Commerce, or any other agency or division as the Governor shall designate shall provide administrative support to the Governor's Commission on People with Disabilities.
(b)A representative of the secretary shall be appointed as director to effect the coordination between the division and the Chair of the Governor's Commission on People with Disabilities in the arrangement of the support.
