Text

(a)All criminal history checks obtained under this subchapter are confidential and are restricted to the exclusive use of the Arkansas Crime Information Center, the Identification Bureau of the Division of Arkansas State Police, the Division of Emergency Medical Services, and the person who is the subject of the report.
(b)The information contained in criminal history checks shall not be released or otherwise disclosed to any other person or agency except by court order and is specifically exempt from disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act of 1967, § 25-19-101 et seq., except that the Division of Emergency Services shall furnish determinations to qualified entities.
