Text
(a)There is established on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a fund to be known as the "Landfill Post-Closure Trust Fund".
(b)The fund shall consist of those special revenues as specified in § 19-6-301 (167), federal funds, interest earned, and any gifts or donations, there to be used solely for the administration of and for landfill post-closure corrective action as administered by the Division of Environmental Quality as set out in § 8-6-1001 et seq., and shall not be appropriated for any other purpose.
