Text
(a)There is established on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a trust fund to be known as the "State Forestry Trust Fund".
(b)The fund shall consist of:
(1)Income derived from management of state forests by the Arkansas Forestry Commission to the extent this income is not needed to fund the general operations of the commission; and (2) Income derived from management of state nurseries by the commission to the extent this income is not needed to fund the general operations of the commission.
(c)The fund shall be used for:
(1)The management and improvement of state forests;
(2)Acquisition of state forests;
(3)The purchase of fire fighting equipment and other forest fire suppression activities;
(4)Improvements at commis
