§ 19-5-405 — Authority of Treasurer of State

The Treasurer of State, in calculating the proportionate share of the maximum allocation to determine the monthly distribution of net general revenues available for distribution for each fund or fund account, as authorized in this subchapter, shall compute the calculation of five (5) digits to the right of the decimal point, "rounded off". In the event the Treasurer of State shall determine that there are errors in any of the totals of the respective funds or fund accounts for which distributions are authorized in this subchapter, the maximum allocation authorized for each fund and fund account within each subsection shall govern with respect to the allocation to be made to those funds and fund accounts.
