Text
(a)There is created on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a fund to be known as the "Division of Workforce Services Fund".
(b)The fund shall consist of those general revenues as may be authorized by law and any other nonfederal funds as may be provided by law.
(c)The fund shall be used for the maintenance, operation, and improvement required by the Division of Workforce Services in carrying out those powers, functions, and duties imposed by law upon the Director of the Division of Workforce Services as set out in the Division of Workforce Services Law, § 11-10-101 et seq., and § 20-76-101 et seq., or any other duties that may be imposed by law upon the division, including those duties transferred to the division under the
