Text
(a)There is created on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a special fund to be known as the "Department of Labor and Licensing Special Fund".
(b)The Department of Labor and Licensing Special Fund shall consist of:
(1)Those special revenues set out in § 19-6-301(25), (36), (72) , (112), (158), (180), and (251); and (2) The fee, penalty, and assessment income and all other income, the disposition of which is not otherwise provided by law, of the Department of Labor and Licensing.
(c)The Department of Labor and Licensing Special Fund shall be used for the maintenance, operation, and improvements required by the department in carrying out the special revenue programs enumerated in subsection (b) of this section, and to defra
