Text
(a)There is established on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a trust fund to be known as the "National Statuary Hall Collection Trust Fund".
(b)The fund shall consist of:
(1)Gifts, grants, and donations from individuals and organizations to fund Arkansas's contribution to the National Statuary Hall Collection in the United States Capitol; and (2) Any other funds as may be provided by law, including appropriations made specifically to the fund.
(c)The fund shall be used exclusively for the purpose of placement and replacement of Arkansas statues in the National Statuary Hall Collection in the United States Capitol as provided under § 1-4-134 .
