Text
(a)There is established on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a fund to be known as the "Abandoned Mine Reclamation Fund".
(b)The fund shall consist of moneys received through a grant from the United States Secretary of the Interior pursuant to the state abandoned mine reclamation program, there to be used by the Division of Environmental Quality for that program.
