Text
The Treasurer of State shall grant duplicate receipts under the seal of his or her office for all sums of money which shall be paid into the State Treasury. The person receiving the receipts shall deposit one (1) of them with the Auditor of State, who shall credit the person accordingly and charge the Treasurer of State with the amount. Rev.
