§ 15-75-318 — Fees - Times payable
Arkansas·Title 15
(a)All fees for permits as classified in §§ 15-75-307 - 15-75-316 are payable on or before January 1 each year.
(b)All fees for inspection must be paid not later than thirty (30) days after inspections are made.
