§ 15-75-306 — Issuance of permits - Classification

(a) After approval of the application by the Director of the Liquefied Petroleum Gas Board and review by the Liquefied Petroleum Gas Board as provided in § 15-75-305 , the director may issue the classes of permits set out in §§ 15-75-307 - 15-75-317 on the conditions indicated in those sections. (b) All class one permit application approvals must have all prerequisites met and the permit issued within one (1) year of approval. If not issued within one (1) year of approval, the application will be returned to the applicant and a new application must be submitted to the director thirty (30) days prior to the date of the regular meeting at which the review of the director's action on the application is to be considered.
