(a) The Liquefied Petroleum Gas Board shall adopt and may modify rules for the conduct of its business and shall keep a record of its transactions. (b) Meetings shall be at the call of the chair or of the vice chair if he or she is for any reason the acting chair, either at his or her own instance or upon the written request of at least four (4) members. (c) A quorum shall consist of not fewer than four (4) members present at any regular or special meeting, and a majority affirmative vote of that number shall be necessary for the disposition of any business. (d) No meeting shall be for a longer period of time than is absolutely necessary to transact the business of the board. (e) The board may meet one (1) time each calendar quarter, but no more than one (1) meeting shall be held during a sixty-day period for which a member is to receive compensation or reimbursement of expenses incurred.
