§ 15-5-1414 — Review committee
Arkansas·Title 15
The review committee shall:
(1)Recommend to the trustees of the Venture Capital Investment Trust the payment of fees and expenses out of the Arkansas Venture Capital Development Fund for the operation of the fund; and (2) Approve an investment policy under this subchapter.
