Text

(a)The Arkansas State Game and Fish Commission may allow a resident who applies for a license to hunt or fish through the commission's online sales system to indicate a desire to make an anatomical gift on his or her online application.
(b)If the commission authorizes an anatomical gift option through its online sales system, the online sales system shall contain statements sufficient to comply with the Revised Arkansas Anatomical Gift Act, § 20-17-1201 et seq., so that execution of the application makes the anatomical gift effective for a resident indicating a desire to make an anatomical gift.
(c)The commission may:
(1)Provide a link on its website to a federally designated organ procurement organization website that contains information describing:
(A)Arkansas laws regarding anatom
