As used in this subchapter:

(1)"Owner" means any person, partnership, corporation, unincorporated association, or other legal entity having any interest in any:

(A)Timber;

(B)Land upon which timber grows; or (C) Land from which timber has been removed;

(2)"Secondary purchaser" means any person, partnership, corporation, unincorporated association, or other legal entity buying timber from a timber purchaser; and (3) "Timber purchaser" means a person who purchases standing timber for harvest.
