(a)(1) All prize logs shall be divided between the owners in each district in proportion to the number of logs owned by each person or company, respectively, in the district.
(2)"Prize logs" means logs bearing no marks and all logs bearing marks not recorded or claimed within one (1) year after any general drive.
(b)(1) Any person with whose logs or timber in any waters of this state the prize logs or timber shall become so intermixed that they cannot be conveniently separated for the purpose of being floated to the market or place of manufacture, may drive all logs or timber with which his or her own may be intermixed toward the market or place when no special or different provision is made by law for driving the logs or timber.
