Text

(a)(1) The county timber inspectors shall make quarterly reports to the Auditor of State of their action as such of:
(A)All moneys collected by them;
(B)All suits pending; and (C) Other matters that may be of interest to the state.
(2)The Auditor of State shall charge county timber inspectors with all amounts due the state by the county timber inspectors as shown by their reports, in a book kept for that purpose.
(b)Each county timber inspector shall quarterly on the first Monday of January, April, July, and October of each year pay to the Treasurer of State all moneys he or she may have in his or her hands belonging to the state, taking his or her duplicate receipt for the money, one (1) of which he or she will file with the Auditor of State, who will credit his or her respective acc
