Text

(a)Within thirty (30) days after the report of the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission has been filed in the office of the circuit clerk, the petition shall be presented to the judge of the circuit court, either in term or vacation, and the circuit court shall enter its order:
(1)Setting a hearing upon the petition for a day certain; and (2) Directing the clerk of the circuit court to give notice of the hearing by publication for two (2) consecutive weeks in a newspaper or newspapers having a general circulation in the county.
(b)The notice shall contain:
(1)A concise statement describing the purpose of the hearing;
(2)A concise statement of the findings and conclusions of the commission; and (3) A warning to all persons residing or owning property within the county to appear upon t
