Text

The Board of Trustees of the University of Arkansas is authorized to:

(1)Accept donations of land and to acquire title to the land for the use of the United States Natural Resources Conservation Service to conduct, in cooperation with the Arkansas Agricultural Experiment Station, experiments in soil erosion and erosion control and prevention; and (2) Enter into agreement or contract with or give permission to the United States Natural Resources Conservation Service for the improvement, development, and operation of the lands acquired.
