Text
As used in this subchapter:
(1)"Commission" means the State Parks, Recreation, and Travel Commission;
(2)[Repealed.]
(3)"Department" means the Department of Parks, Heritage, and Tourism; and (4) "Registry" means the state Registry of Scenic Resources created by this subchapter.
