Text

(a)The State Parks, Recreation, and Travel Commission shall:
(1)Have and be subject to all functions, powers, and duties as by law are conferred and imposed upon it; and (2) For the purpose of regulating its own procedure and carrying out its functions, have the authority from time to time to make, amend, and enforce all reasonable rules not inconsistent with law which will aid in the performance of any of the functions, powers, or duties conferred or imposed upon it by law.
(b)In addition, it shall be the function, power, and duty of the commission to:
(1)Cooperate with other state agencies, civic organizations, and others similarly interested in preparing, correlating, and distributing information in furtherance of the commission's functions and to furnish or otherwise make such info
