Text
An ordinance to establish an urban service district shall include:
(1)The name of the proposed district;
(2)The services to be provided by the proposed district;
(3)The convenience or necessity of the proposed district;
(4)A map containing the boundaries of the proposed district;
(5)The estimated cost of services to be provided and methods of financing the proposed services;
(6)The method for administering the proposed district; and (7) The time period for which the fee is to be levied, but in no case to exceed ten (10) years from the date of the establishment of the district, unless the fees are pledged to service a bond indebtedness, in which case the time period of the levy shall be on a parity with the maturity of the bonds.
