§ 14-90-1107 — Sale to improvement district

(a) Municipal improvement districts may purchase lands sold under foreclosure decrees when there are no other bids equal to the delinquent installments, penalties, and costs. (b) In the absence of bids, the commissioner making the sale, without bidding on the part of the district or its agent, shall sell the lands to the district for the full amount chargeable against the lands by the terms of the decree. (c) The district may hold, sell, and convey all lands purchased at foreclosure sales.
