Text
An officer or commissioner of an improvement district of this state who fails, refuses, or neglects to comply with this subchapter is guilty of a violation and up;on conviction shall be fined in any sum not less than one thousand dollars ($1,000) nor more than ten thousand dollars ($10,000).
