§ 14-72-202 — Form of bonds - Rights and remedies
Arkansas·Title 14
The refunding bonds:
(1)Shall be negotiable instruments;
(2)May have coupons evidencing interest, payable annually or semiannually; and (3) Shall have all the rights of security and remedies for collection that are provided for the original bonds issued by the county.
