Text
(a)The city council or other governing body of the city by a two-thirds vote may remove any of the civil service commissioners during his or her term of office for cause.
(b)In the event of the removal of one (1) or more of the commissioners, the city council or other governing body of the city shall fill the vacancy created by the removal.
